Daily Prompt: Describe A Risk That You Do Not Regret Taking

Diving into the world of big data and starting a blog about it.

This was a risk in the virtual world that can affect my digital marketing pursuits and my reputation alike.

Why take this risk? Well I needed to gain more exposure to gain more connections. When it comes time for me to start selling products, I want to already have a small following to build on.

Blogging about data and more has been an exciting risk as well as a chance to improve my writing. I have gotten a lot of feedback from fellow bloggers and I think I know which edits I am ready to make.

The reward for taking this risk is more communication with information technology professionals and people who share my passions. It is also rewarding to have new doors opened by setting the foundation for a versatile and high quality brand.
